Body Mind Systems Open House
Body Mind Systems Martial Arts Open House includes demonstrations, refreshments, and a raffle for free classes! Integrated Martial Arts classes build a strong foundation in several styles including Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Kong Su, and more. We work with students of all abilities. Beginners are welcome and no experience is needed.
