Paul Tucker; Professional Caregiver Award: Shirley Conway; Leadership Award: Joanne Patton; Family Caregiver Award: Rebecca Tabasky; Lynah-Carter Staff Appreciation Award: Jackie Grimes; Business Award: Gardner Mattress; Positive Aging Role Model Award: Leona Kaplan; Innovation Award: North Shore Hearing Foundation; Lifetime Service Award: Peggy Munro; Collaboration Award: Citizens Inn & Haven for Hunger.
