Peabody Building Ribbon Cutting with RCG & WorkBar

We will be joining with Mayor Kim Driscoll in a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the newly renovated Peabody Building. RCG is proud to announce the opening of 14 brand-new luxury apartments on the upper floors. The Peabody Building is also home to Salem’s new co-working destination, Workbar, featuring 6,500 square feet of state-of-the-art workspace including a coworking nerve center designed with Workbar’s trademark “neighborhood” layout, private offices and modern conference rooms. With heated garage parking, elevator access and a grand roof deck above Lappin Park, this mixed-use building is a modern update on Salem’s famous federal architecture.
