Restorative Sound Bath

Restorative Sound Bath

The New Year is here! Give yourself a fresh new start with a restorative sound healing session to relax and rebalance your mind, body, and soul. For many of us, various events in our lives can disrupt our body’s natural frequencies—stress, anxiety, illness, lack of sleep, and so on. By immersing ourselves in sound healing, the natural frequencies of the body can be restored through the sound waves we receive.
During the session you will lie down or sit while you tune into beautiful tones from a variety of instruments, including crystal quartz singing bowls, Koshi chimes, wave drum, shakers, and more. The simple act of engaging with sound healing can generate a variety of physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits including:

  • Promotion of relaxation
  • Enhancement of meditation
  • Stimulation of the immune system
  • Clearing negative energy
  • Rebalancing chakras
  • Improved sleep,
  • Increased focus and concentration, and more.
Take the time to immerse yourself in this amazing experience! Please bring a yoga mat and any other item that will aid in your comfort- blanket, eye mask, pillow, and so forth.

Important Note: Individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps/devices, epilepsy, and women who are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy are advised not to participate in sound baths.
