Ribbon Cutting Celebration for Au Gratin

Join Mayor Pangallo and the Salem Chamber of Commerce as we cut the ribbon celebrating the opening of Au Gratin Luncheonette! Recently opened earlier this winter, Au Gratin is creamy cheesy goodness bringing warmth and a smile. Chef Mike Denk offers artisanal comfort foods inspired by a love of cheese and French cuisine. Featuring a scratch-made seasonal menu, Mike is committed to providing healthy/plant-based options of favorite comfort foods.
