"I am Rayon Buchanan, the owner of Ray Adea’s Mediterranean Kitchen. I consider myself a seasoned chef with over 20yrs of experience. Originally Jamaican, I have cultivated a diverse cultural portfolio, infusing flavors from around the world with my culinary creations. My restaurant currently boasts a vegan & Mediterranean menu, showcasing my expertise in crafting healthy & flavorful dishes.
 
Excitingly, I have decided to expand the culinary offerings at Ray Adea’s by introducing Jamaican dishes, a nod to my rich cultural heritage. This addition will bring a new dimension to the menu, allowing patrons to savor the bold & vibrant flavors of Jamaica alongside the already diverse & delectable Mediterranean & vegan options."
